Yes, I’m picky, but it will look great. I will use all the old boards for patterns.

The two top boards both port and starboard sides have to be replaced. So, I will dry fit them so I can use them for patterns. I will have to soak the boards for 10 days, then place them in the steam box for about an hour and then bend them in place.

They have just hit a dock too many times.

You really can’t see it from the pictures, but the boards on both sides are split and have a lot of gouges and dings.

Yes, I screw plywood on the outside to keep them together.
