After removing the top planks, it’s amazing the strengthening of the structure. I’m very happy to find there was very little rot in the wood structure.
Just look at each board and how each and everyone is cut precisely flush with the structure. What great craftsmanship.
Not sure why, but there are two interiors colors. One half is painted white and the other is battleship gray. I will go back to just one color.
Wow, this is the first time I’ve ever found Bondo and fiberglass in a patch on a wooden boat.
