Here, I’m laying out the curves on the front of the bar. Plywood makes it easy to lay out a curve.

Just making sure it’s all going to look good and straight when I’m done.

Time to start on the sides. I put plywood down first for a good base to screw into to bend the side planks.

I started to lay out the planks and didn’t like the look of the wood. It didn’t really match up. The wood was from four other boats and with it being vintage, the possibility of making it all match were low. So, I just sand a spare boat down and strip the planks off.

Now, let’s get started planking the bar. We have a party to be at soon for an open house.
